I take the confidentiality of your personal data seriously and am committed to protecting it from unauthorised access. As a freelance photographer based in Germany, I am subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify processes the technically necessary data in server log files (for example the IP address, date and time, the file requested and the browser type) to operate the site securely and reliably. Cookies and consent
This website itself sets no cookies. Cookies are only set if you consent to web analytics (see the next section). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Web analytics (Google Analytics)
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Photography services and use of images
Photographs taken in the course of commissioned work will be stored securely and used only for the purposes agreed upon. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes. You may object to such use at any time by contacting me directly.
Erasure of data
Personal data will be erased or anonymised as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
Changes to this privacy policy
